$36,000/Session Division Championship The top finishers during regular session play, battle it out in our Division Championships for the right to advance to the Tri-Annual Qualifier Cup Tournament. In addition to the large prize fund & payouts, the Division Championship tournament advances teams to the next level of our playoffs - our Tri-Annual Qualifier Cup. $26,000/Tri-Annual APA Atlanta Qualifier Cup Our tri-annual event, the "Qualifier Cup" is a tournament to earn the right to play in our once a year Local Team Championship which we call our City Cup. Qualifier Cup top finishers will also win cash, prizes and awards each tournament.
In the Summer of every year, over 72 teams compete in the APA Atlanta City Cup Tournament. It is Atlanta's premier Amateur Billiard Event. Winners of the APA Atlanta City Cup have earned the right to represent Atlanta and compete for their share of the prize fund in the APA National Team Championships held every August at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The APA Atlanta City Cup Tournament is Single Elimination ending with 10 teams advancing to compete in the 1,000,000 APA National Team Championships! |
